News from SMASH!
Earlier in the day, before the cosplay competition, Ray Elinon (President of SMASH!) announced that SMASH! 2014 will be more gamer-friendly, as there are many gaming cosplayers and not just anime cosplayers.
He also announced another surprise - Smash will be a 2 day event due to the growing numbers of Smash attendees that turned up to this years Smash! Additionally, due to the construction that is planned for Darling Harbour's Convention Centre, Smash will be relocated to a more fitting place; Rosehill Gardens August 9-10 2014. ( mark your calendars everyone! :) time to get lots of costumes ready by then)
