Daiso is one of my favourite kawaii shops in Sydney. Especially the one in Haymarket. I love the range of products they have - especially beauty products. Wanna see what it looks like inside? I've got lots of pics for you!

But for now, here's a peep at some of the cool stuff I saw there. For those of you new to Daiso - everything is $2.80 each. So some things will seem really cheap and others not so much. But for me it's mostly about the cool range of things you can't get anywhere else.
I can only imagine the fun you can have with these bath sponges! (insert crazy voices in your head here)
You're thinking "What the hell are those?" - These are little socks for your chairs. Cause they get cold in winter too :P I guess they probably stop your chairs from scratching your floorboards... to which I think "So don't drag your chair then!" ...But then, these are so cute...
Sorry for the blurry pic. But you can see what these are. They're cute bed pillows! In asian countries this shape of pillow is very common and it's kinda like a body pillow for kids. But they also make great neck or travel cushions.
Yes, they stock novelty thongs. (We call them thongs in Australia, get over it already :P)
Piggy face stool anyone? I thin the bear is cuter.
Lots of super soft pastel goodies - perfect if you love fairy kei fashion. A lot of the displays looked a little disheveled like this one - It was pretty busy in there and I noticed a lot of people not putting things back where they got them (wonder if that's an Australian shopping thing or if this happens in Japan too... Would love to know from someone who's been to Japan).
If you are a kawaii stationery freak then you will LOVE going to this Daiso. They have loads of cute erasers and pens and notebooks etc. There's a whole aisle of cute stationery.
Look at all the cuteness. Wish this was around when I was at Uni. All I had back then was Morning Glory. I even spotted sticker books at this Daiso! Wuhoo!
They also have a section dedicated to pets - Found these little doggy clothes. For $2.80 it might be a good place to dress your little doggy for a bit of fun (if you're into that). But only if your dog is small.
They have quite a big section dedicated to beauty at this Daiso. They have everything from masks and lotions to foundations and eyeliner. It seems that the ranges between Daisos differ - maybe it's a demographic thing I dunno. But there's always lots of makeup at this one. I'll do a separate review of the makeup section at this Daiso another time.
There's also a big range of cute storage and homewares at this Daiso - lots kawaii options for your kitchen - these are accessory holders - perfect for displaying all your bangles and rings and necklaces. But I gotta say, when I saw this I thought it was for cupcakes.
Lots of cute lunchboxes to choose from - not exactly great for guys, but perfect for us kawaii lovers.
OMG how cute are these kitchen accessories? Seeing these makes me want to replace all the kitchen gadgets in our 2nd drawer. But maybe all that pink would be too much...
Pancakes in the morning would be so cute made on this frying pan! Wonder if they're any good.
Lots of girly scrunchies, frilly barrettes and lacy hair bows. Again with the imperfect display - the Daiso staff need to pick up their game!
These would make great gifts (for yourself) - they are little mirrors. Looks like they have a handy ball chain so you can attach it to your handbag. Just the thing for checking if you have food stuck in your teeth after lunch. HAHAHA!
Hey look! Matching combs! And a weird looking comb beneath it. Gosh it's su much fun going to Daiso and checking out all the cool stuff. And this was only a fraction of their thousands of product lines.
